What’s inside

• Structure set: app/main.py (FastAPI + docs redirect), app/models.py (Pydantic schemas), app/storage.py (SQLite + docs/meta), requirements.txt (FastAPI/uvicorn/pydantic).
• Folders: storage/docs, storage/meta, static/, devices/, tools/ scripts (signatures/bundles).
• README: install (venv + pip), run commands, ed25519 key generation (admin_sign.py).

Prereqs

• Python 3.11+, pip. Virtualenv recommended.
• Target OS: laptop/mini-PC (dev), RPi possible later (optimize).

Structural choices (Phase 0)

• FastAPI for quick proto, auto-docs, validation.
• SQLite single-file DB (copyable on USB).
• Flat file storage for docs, JSON meta for easy inspection.

Key files to watch

• app/main.py: entry point, public/admin routes.
• app/storage.py: DB + file handling.
• app/models.py: request/response schemas.
• tools/: admin_sign, bundle helpers.

Endpoints available (Phase 0)

• /health
• POST /api/v1/device/hello

Served via uvicorn app.main:app --reload.

Next steps

• Expand device endpoints (phase 1).
• Add CRUD docs (phase 2).
